Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Lenbird — the platform, your account, payments and liability.
Last updated: September 10, 2026 · Läs villkoren på svenska
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between Aurelius Group AB, Swedish company reg. no. 559421-6961 (“Lenbird”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“the customer”, “you”) who creates an account in or uses the Lenbird platform at app.lenbird.com and its associated services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service you accept the Terms. If you accept the Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. The Service is intended for companies and other business users, not for consumers.
2. The Service
Lenbird is a CRM and workspace for e-commerce that brings customer service, WooCommerce, social media, orders, products, analytics, team chat and media together in one system. The Service is continuously developed — features may be added, changed or removed. Material degradations for paying customers will be announced in advance.
3. Accounts and users
- You are responsible for keeping the information in your account accurate and up to date.
- The account owner controls which users are invited and their permissions, per store and feature, and is responsible for their use of the Service.
- Login credentials must be kept secure and must not be shared. Notify us immediately at info@lenbird.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate the law or the rights of others, or process data you have no right to process,
- send spam or other bulk messages in breach of applicable rules,
- distribute malicious code, attempt to circumvent security features, disrupt operations or place abnormal load on the Service,
- copy, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what mandatory law permits, or
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
In case of material or repeated violations we may suspend the account in accordance with section 11.
5. Customer data and personal data
Data that you or your systems enter into the Service — for example customer records, orders, products and messages from connected stores and channels (“Customer Data”) — belongs to you. We use Customer Data only to provide, maintain and improve the Service and to comply with legal obligations.
Where Customer Data contains personal data, you are the data controller and Lenbird is the data processor. The processing is governed by our data processing agreement and described further in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a legal basis for the personal data you enter into the Service.
6. Integrations and third-party services
The Service can be connected to third-party services such as WooCommerce, Google and social media platforms. Such services are governed by the respective provider’s own terms, and you can revoke Lenbird’s access with the provider at any time. Google user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including Google’s Limited Use requirements. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability or changes in terms of third-party services.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design and trademarks, belongs to Lenbird or our licensors. During the subscription term you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in your business. Your Customer Data and your own materials remain yours. If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.
8. Pricing and payment
- Fees apply according to the price list in force at any given time, see Pricing, or as separately agreed.
- Payment is made in advance per chosen subscription period unless otherwise agreed. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
- If payment is not made, we may, after a reminder, suspend access to the Service until payment has been received.
- Price changes are announced in advance and take effect from the next subscription period.
9. Availability, support and maintenance
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruptions or errors. Planned maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic hours where possible. Support is provided via info@lenbird.com. The Service is provided “as is”.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, lost business opportunities or loss of data that could have been avoided through reasonable backups. Our total liability during a contract period is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service during the preceding twelve months. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Term and termination
The agreement runs per subscription period and renews automatically until terminated. You may terminate the agreement effective at the end of the current period. We may suspend or terminate the account with immediate effect in case of material breach, for example a breach of section 4, or where required by law.
After termination you may, within a reasonable time, request an export of your Customer Data. Data is then deleted in accordance with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
The Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are settled by the Swedish general courts.
